1. Right to Return

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Time Limits

The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date the product was delivered. Requests submitted after the specified deadline may not be considered.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
